Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy1 Year agoA. this can be due to multiple infections which is present on the face or the throat of the child so please take a visit to your doctor who will guide you accordingly whether it is a viral or a bacterial infection or it just a simple allergic Lymphadenitis
