Hello ma’am Anaemia is sometimes common with kids so for that matter would advise you to start giving pomegranate to your child on an everyday basis and include at least half beetroot into your child’s meal on an every day basis because both these things are the best supplements of iron and if needed start with the iron supplement as well
Shikha kumarMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hello mum for that you must take a doctor's help and start giving some supplements and at home try giving food that are rich in iron such as the spinach common great beetroot as these are really good sources of providing iron through natural food
