Q.

amruthum podi(nutrimix given to baby by kerala govt) contains sugar. so is that good for 8 month old baby?

A. Hello mom You should avoid giving all these type of food to your baby because all these foods contains preservatives which is not considered very healthy for babies. You should try to make home-made food fresh food for your baby. This contains all the nutrition and proteins. Baby need a regular diet.
