am not able to eat lik before.. am feeding my baby., even den I dnt feel hungry..

A. loss of appetite is common for different reasons you can take some fruit juices buttermilk coconut water their natural appetizers also take in small quantity frequently . . .. .

A. U Try to eat good amount of heavy weakness is very very important for you to eat well once you start eating a little bit slowly gradually we hunger strike otherwise what you can do it you can have small small portions more times in a day rather than having three males have a bit about 10 times in a day but small small portion
