Am mother of two kids , I want to reduces my weight and my mummy tummy is sagging , give some solution for that other than exercise

A. Dear mum, to reduce tummy, you need to reduce your overall weight. Eat mindfully, avoid high calorie foods, processed and packaged foods. Have a balanced diet having variety of food groups. Have lean proteins like eggs, beans, pulses, low fat milk and milk products. Have healthy fats from almonds, flaxseed. Have small frequent meals and adequate fluid intake. You have to exercise for 45 to 60 minutes every day and have an active lifestyle.
