Q.

am mother of 4 months baby. my baby can't have milk directly from me. am expressing my milk and feeding him. now am feeling that my milk production is reducing sometimes. what can I do alternatively, where I used to give him formula 2 times a day. and how months after I need to feed him cerlac types..

A. milk production depends upon suckling reflex of baby. the More frequently you feed.. more will be production. give formula 60-80 ml only at bedtime. start cerelac after completion of 6-7 Mon
