Q.

am mother of 3 months boy I had normal delivery sometimes I get weird sensation around my tailbone and sometimes it hurts alot some times I can't sit properly cause of pain am I having piles or something...? please kindly guide me and give me solution of this ..

A. I Advise you to go for Keagle exercises because when you do Keagle exercises a lot of these pain is eliminated because of that so start doing Keagle exercises if you haven’t started as of now that will definitely give you a relaxation from this kind of pain
