ExpertArchanaNutritionist4 years agoA. Hi Mom, do not worry, if your baby is active, happy and reaching milestones.
usually baby's weight depends on birth weight, hence, we can expect baby to gain about 500 gm to 1 kg in a month, double at 6 months and triple at the age of 1 year, small deviation is absolutely fine.
along with breastfeeding, you can include smashed banana, smashed chikko, boiled and smashed potato, boiled and smashed sprouts and pulses, paneer, milkshake, nuts paste or powder, porridge, soft cooked khichdi, roti or paratha smashed in dal or less spicy curry, pancake, soft idli, thin dosa , etc and use ghee in meal preparations.
add small mid-meals after every 2 hours,
follow good hygiene
avoid force feeding and overfeeding.

if your child is happy and healthy and active and take proper sleep and food then no need to worry about this matter
please include natural probiotics and dairy products and green leaf veggies and fresh fruit and different seeds and nuts in your child daily diet
please give daily massage and sun light exposure
