Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. in first six months the minimum weight gain should be 500 mg per month and it can go up to 1 kg per month also.
the urine output should be more than 6 to 7 times per day. the child should sleep after taking feeding.
meet the doctor for weight acssessment.
if the above criteria is achieved then the child is having adequate milk intake.
if the growth of the child is proper there is no need to worry about the sleeping pattern/ feeding as well as the stool frequency of the child
RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl1 Year agoA. Then give more of formula feeding to the child if your child is not gaining weight maybe a breastfeeding is generally not working out sufficiently so you can give more of formula feeding and go for a good brand of formula
