am a mother of 4.5 months of baby boy... my son had dry cough since 2 days... wt medicine should I give for him and pls suggest how much dosage should be given?

DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Hello, your baby boy is 4.5 months old and he is having a dry coughs so give him indrect steam inhalation and syrup chericof 1 ml three times a day
