Q.

Am a mom of 48days old girl baby, is this pillow prevent baby from spitting up and vomiting? If so how to use this?

A. It keeps head little elevated and supports neck so it can he used for the baby. It is not linked with preventing vomiting or spitting in babies. Make sure you burp baby after feeding by holding him across your shoulder for 10 to 15 mins

A. I would suggest you to use some cotton saree as a pillow to raise the baby's head to an elevated position to prevent vomit or spit ups. The one u have shown is a horse shoe pillow. Such pillows can restrict the baby's movement. If in case there was a reflux and baby needs to turn the head, he would not be able to do it and can choke from his own vomit. So it's better not to use those pillows which will restrict the baby's movement.
