am a breastfeeding mom. can i follow diet for weightloss? if yes could u plz suggest tat can b useful for weight loss com lactation?

A. Hello Instead of giving on a extremely low calorie diet, try to avoid taking fried, junk, bakery, sweet foods avoid sugar Take lot of water, sprouts, curd, skim milk, egg whites, pulses , Vegetables, in your meals
