also I tried using nasal suction pump but I am scared of hurting her so did not use it more than once.

Dr Shradha shikhareMom of a 10 yr 2 m old boy6 years agoA. hello mom if the child has nose congestion , u can put nasoclear nasal saline drops into the nostrils , 1 deop into each of the nostril as needed for the nose block or congestion.

Vritika AroraMom of a 9 yr 4 m old boy6 years agoA. if you want to use rubber suction bulb then you have to be very careful and do not penetrate it too deep into the nostrils. rest nothing to worry about. you can use it as many times as you want. give indirect steam to make the mucus soft. keep the baby in elevated position.
