Sneha PuruswaniMom of 2 children7 years agoA. Avoid using anything without the doctors advice. Baby acne rashes etc are normal in new born babies don't worry just keep the baby clean hygienic and dry can apply some coconut oil on the affected area if the skin is dry or some baby powder on the affected area don't sprinkle put some on your hands and apply. If the problem persists Consult a paediatrician and he will guide you better after examination and analysis
