all of a student small pimples on my baby face especially surrounded nose and lips and on eye lid why like this how to treat it I am worried and its increasing day by day

A. some rashes appears and disappear on their own they don't need any attention maintain hygiene it may be because of summer season you can use Himalaya prickly heat powder or candid Dusting powder
