Q.
all day my daughter is very very energetic and eats like a man daily, doesn't sleeps at afternoon , and sleeps 1 at night.please help

please do the following things:
try to set consistent routine for your child.
offer homemade healthy food.
ensure that your child takes his or her dinner well.
avoid giving too much salty and sugary food.
but please don't force feed or overfeed your child.
keep your child well hydrated.
dress your child in weather appropriate clothes.
don't allow watching TV mobile or any other gadgets especially before one hour of sleep time.
use dim lights and keep the environment calm and dark while sleeping.
avoid distractions.
keep the minimum interaction with your child at sleep time.
