Q.
after vaccination fever came nd baby is more sleepy nd taking feed less.I have paracetamol yesterday two times nd today in morning. for many times I have to give paracetamol.

Sonam PrasadMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hi dear Paracetamol is safe to give to most children; lower doses may be required for those who are small for their age, or who have liver or kidney disease[12]. It can be used in children from two months of age for fever related to immunisations, and from the age of three months for fever and pain[6,12].
