Q.

After vaccination do we need to give calpol or if baby gets fever then only it should be given else no need to give?

A. Hello, your baby boy is 2 months old and he has received a vaccinations and if he doesn’t get fever then you should not give him paracetamol and just apply ice cube at injection site

A. yes only after fever baby has warm head , soles and stomach on touch as it s a normal thing. It s due to hyperdynamic circulation and is normal. fever is said if baby s temperature is above or 99.5 farenheit. Then needs medicines to treat. Can give calpol or sumol for fever  for relief.
