after taking vaccination I felt temperature on baby's head ..is there any need for paracetamol

A. Hello! If it get reduced by giving a light sponging, then it should be enough. Else you need to give paracetamol as per your doctors advice. Continue to exclusively breastfeeding, your baby well on demand for better health, nutrition, hydration, and weight gain.
