After suffering from viral fever coughing and then after that mumps for one week My child is complaining of stomach ache. One day vomited watery fluids after that got better. We gave lansoprazole. But still complaining of stomach ache one or the another day. We are giving lansoprazole and cyclopam. What may be the reason for stomach ache. Is it due to regular medicine use or some other issue

A. may be indigestion kindly give easily digestible food for few days like rice dal khichdi curd buttermilk apple banana poha upma and do not give milk to the child. also it is advisable not to give any milk products like outside milk cerelac milk powder cow milk animal milk. you cannot give chocolate and icecream. you cannot give outside food as well as preservative food. avoid giving raw food and also sugary food avoid tea coffee. if required your doctor will add antacids as well as anti colic medicines for your child
