after stop a breastfeeding my breasts are to dull and down..??

Sunita MahatoMom of 2 children3 years agoA. breast are dull down loose and sagging wear a comfortable bra for support you can start with some exercises or yoga as cobra posture for firm breast you can hold water bottles in hand and keep the hand straight and move the hands Cris cross
