But if you got the procedure done immediately after giving birth then because of postpartum hormonal changes you may not get cycles regularly for over one yearWrite Your Answer Here

Hi mom Yes it may Consult your doctor once for proper medical examination and treatment Maintain hygiene Maintain hydration Do some light exercise yoga regularly Offer different varieties of food Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements Take healthy protein rich nutritious food
