In this here it is very difficult to comment properly until a proper examjination uor assessment is done to find out the exact cause so it is advisable to consult your doctor so that he could examine and evaluate properly and will guide you accordingly for this .

Oh you should check with your doctor because these are basic medicines to be given to the child during the time of basic cold and cough but if it is showing shivering that it could probably be due to some deficiency in the body as well so you need to confirm on this with your Dr itself
