After removing woolen cap at night,my son is itching his head...what should I do..

ExpertDr. Swapnil SaxenaAyurvedic Physician7 years agoA. hi in case of cold weather conditions make baby wear weather appropriate warm woolen clothes caps mittens socks sweater. you can use a cotton soft cap for head. do a gentle head massage with almond oil or coconut oil before sleep. it will relieve itching

ExpertDr.Rasika ThosarPaediatric Intensivist7 years agoA. avoid wearing it. check any allergic reaction. stop using cosmetics, soaps, bathe with clean water, also some babies get allergy due to clothing.use regular cotton clothes. skip the suspected item apply soothing lotion or ice if itching.

SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr 7 m old girl7 years agoA. If it's hot avoid caps.. See if there is any allergy or dust. Give a hair wash and still If it continues, I feel It's better to check with your doctor and follow their advise. That would be one of the best and safest option for your baby as of now.
