After removal of umbilical cord, should be used povidone iodine powder?

Jasmine Shiny DsouzaMom of a 7 yr 8 m old boy5 years agoA. hi mom. it's not required to use any kind of medicine for the umbilical cord. you can just warship during the bath and dry it by using a cotton towel. if your doctor has prescribed for iodine then you can go for it
