Rashmi GuptaMom of a 11 yr 6 m old girl5 years agoA. Hello ma’am It’s normal because during lose motion the child does not eat anything as such and does not gain good amount of weight or is not hungry much. A child uses lots and lots of water during the diarrhoea time so it’s mostly that host that is there and not too much of hunger but if your child is hungry then try to feed a certain amount of food to your child and give lots and lots of water to your child because the body is dehydrated and needs more and more of water to be hydrated
