Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl3 years agoA. hi because of pressure. so , please keep your self well hydrated take fiber rich food like green veggies, fresh Fruits more avoid taking processed junk food items apply coconut oil or cool pack on it if pain is unbearable and if there is other symptoms like swelling, redness, itching etc too then please visit your gynecologist
