after postpartum, I have been struggling with a lot of gas issues. kindly advise

A. after delivery if you do not maintain proper diet plan yes you will have complaints of indigestion as well as gas in stomach so you should have more of green leafy vegetables and adequate water and take to maintain good digestion and also have regular daily walking

You can have carrom and eat and rock salt with warm water after every meal that you consume that is going to help in reduction of gas try to ease and easily digestible food you can have porridge and all which is going to be quite beneficial for you and will help me reduction of gas issues have more of citric fruits and all
