After postpartum delivery, which is the best shampoo for hairfall in which i can see improvements from 1st wash itself ..?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. post partum hair fall is because of hormonal changes, shampoo will not heal too much, czn opt any good protein shampoo. Eating healthy and right is very important after pregnancy. It helps keep your hair healthy

See just by using a hair fall shampoo it’s not going to be any good because it’s basically hormonal change that women go through after delivery so regular oil and is definitely a must go ahead with almond oil or you can go ahead with mama earth onion oil range that supposed to be good and the shampoo is good to you’ll get good results that way I am also have iron supplements for one year
