after one year can we give cow milk?

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. yes definitely you can after. see there will be lots of brands trying to impress you. but you try to stick to one brand and not fancy items ok. see your pocket too. the baby needs a balance diet with protein, carbs, fats abd fibre. no need of fancy foods ok.

Yes you can
After a year she can be given Desi cow A2 milk
Don't use A1 milk of any animal
Keep her hydrated
give her buttermilk lassi etc as well
