after my second delivery, I have severe hair fall problem cam you suggest some solution.

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. this is because of hormonal imbalance having loss of hair you have to take better vitamin supplements iron and calcium It is better to consult your local doctor for appropriate advice in this regard

Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl4 years agoA. hi yeah ..it is common problem after delivery. so I would suggest some remedies here ,hope it help you: First ,head massage with coconut oil is best for this. use mixture of Amala aritha and shikakaki powder to wash your hair which will help to strengthen your hair. Apply onion juice and warm coconut oil on your scalp twice in a week.
