after influenza 2 & typhoid vaccination, next day my baby having red spots in head,arm nd legs

A. this could be some kind of infection which needs to be examined first thefhfn only proper treatment could be given with medical supervision so please talk to your doctor till then maintain good hygiene . may or may not be related to vaccination
