RashmiMom of a 11 yr 3 m old girl2 weeks agoA. At least after half an hour and 40 minutes minimum gap that you should maintain because if you give medicine immediately or if you give milk immediately and medicine the child is going to vomit out everything which is why a gap should be maintained
