ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist6 years agoA. Well you can go after 6 weeks if you had a normal delivery and all your wounds have healed completely. Even if cesarean is done then you can go after 8 weeks. But avoid rides as they can put pressure on your abdomen.
