After how many hours baby can be feed while sleeping???

A. Hello good morning !! Feeding frequently every two hours is must as it helps in avoiding thirst,dehydration in new born babies . Few babies sleep at a stretch then you can feed by waking baby by gently patting on back,shoulder or rubbing ear,feet which makes baby wake and help in latching ,make sure to burp well after feeding.
