after having intercourse at night, semen comes out from the vagina in the morning. does it reduces the chances of getting pregnant. i never felt that semen goes inside the cervix. what is the reason behind this?

Before you officially start trying, get a checkup. Ask your doctor about prenatal vitamins that have folic acid , which helps protect against some birth defect
It's good advice to lay in bed for 10 to 15 minutes after intercourse
