After having baby I got kidney stones and became very weak and hairs were falling but now from last 2 years continuously putting on weight and I’m on antipsychotic medications .Im unable to fall asleep without sleep medications .periods come only for two days

I think your body system has been disturbed because of the medicines that you have taken so I would advise you to try to get rid of the medicines that you are taking to sleep try to start meditation and along with that you should do yoga and workout which will actually help in settling your body and check with your gynaecologist related to your period
