Sagging of the breasts is common after breastfeeding.
as such there is no solution to itz but you can massage with sesame oil for firmness. strength training exercises also help to improve the muscle tone.

Shilpa SalwanMom of 2 children4 years agoA. this is very normal and natural with every mother who feeds the baby so when the feed is been made the breast will be heavy and post taking the feed as it will be consumed by your little one the breast will be lighter once the weaning process will begin and you stop feeding your little one naturally then only they will be back to normal.
