Q.

after feeding I'm getting burning sensation on my breast what to do my baby is one month .is this a sign of any infection????

A. Baby might not be latching properly so that could be the reason you are feeling pain and burning sensation so maid sure while feeding entire nipple and most of the aerola is in mouth of the baby and apply cold compress and warm compress alternately on breast

No it is not necessarily like that it could associated with the dryness into the skin sometimes then sometimes when it is not clean properly so you should check with your doctor if any cream or ointment that they can suggest you to apply or if any oral medicine is going to be benefiting as of now these things are common to be
