Q.

after every meal how long does it take to digest and serve the next

A. it's variable . around 2 to 4 hours Milk- restrict to 500 ml including dairy products. give 3 meals which are substantial including rice, roti , basically cereals, with veggies , dals so proteins are also covered. then snacks should be again healthy comprising of fruits, variety of recipes. easy to munch on. try finger foods too.

A. It depends on food. so normally it takes 2 - 4 hrs for bodu to digest meal and breast feed get digested quickly. Also it depends its one single fod or mixture of it.

A. With such small baby there is no fix timing. Best thing is to keep feeding in small intervals say every 2 hour. As their metabolism is really good, they digest food very quickly as compared to adults. And as they do take very small portion which doesn't stay in the tummy for long. As this is the vigorous time for their growth and development we should keep feeding them with healthy food. If they refuses all together and if otherwise he is not a fussy eater then you should stop.

A. hi actually sometimes it depends too what type of food intake you are giving your baby and it depends in baby digestive system as well as physical activity too so it differs but after 3 to 5 he's in between you can feed

A. you should try it baby in the gap of minimum two and half hours and maximum 3 hours try to maintain this gap and make a routine of the child to digest food properly

A. At least 2 hours of gap should be maintained in evry meal. The recommendation is to offer any meal in 2 to 4 hours if gap. However if baby demands and asks for food in smaller intervals, you can Give a light meal
