after eating food its feel discomfort and delay digestion at 12 th week of pregnancy. hence can not able to food. kindly suggest for remedies

A. hi.keep your diet healthy and small in portion and consume in more batches. you can walk a little bit . take mint juice, add jeera, ajwain in your meals for good digestion
