after delivery this is my first period but I can see only spotting that's all is this ok or should take any treatment

A. yes. just do UPT. a lot of brands will be trying to impress you but you try to see your need and cost. thats better always. you can show the baby to a pediatric doctor who will check and find the right diagnosis and treat well
