after delivery I lost 3/4 th of my hair. getting huge hair fall and how to get rid of stretch marks?

There are multiple causes of hair fall like hormonal, nutritional deficiencies, thyroid problems, drugs, febrile illness, stress, post pregnancy etc follow a good diet - Eat adequate amount of protein. As hair is made up mainly of proteins. Eat eggs, cottage cheese, chicken, soya, lentils, whole grains. Vitamin C, Zinc and Vitamin B are other important nutrients for great hair health. So include lot of fresh fruits, vegetables and whole grains in your daily diet. daily do some exercise to keep yourself healthy inside out. Follow good hair care like -Oiling hair with a mixture of oils like olive, alla oil, onion seed oil, sesame, coconut and castor oil keeps provides moisture to hair and prevent them from drying and breakage. You can go ahead with Mama at onion oil and coconut shampoo that is something which is supposed to be very good for postpartum hair fall so go for that and for your stretchmarks make a mixture of coconut oil and come for an appliance that regularlyWrite Your Answer Here
