Q.
after delivery i have tied cloth to belley 10 days later I left it for one and half month now can i tie cloth to belley ? can my stomach go in sude ? is it works?

ExpertDr Sheetal AggarwalObstetrician and Gynaecologist3 years agoA. hi mom it is not required tummy doesn't go inside by tying belly .. u need to start exercising along with strict diet control take protein rich diet low fat low sugar foods and do yoga brisk walk cycling etc
