Q.

after delivery I have have pain in my buttocks and it's a slip disc can u let me know how to get rid of to this problem

A. Hello dear You have to consult a neurologist and get it evaluated. Also make sure to inform that you are breastfeeding (if you are ) As the medications that will be prescribed usually reach the baby milk

A. hi some basic exercises can help you in this like walking, aerobics exercises which should be done undersupervision of physiotherapist. take apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day don't sit or stand for long period.
