After delivery I am taking hempact iron tablet and shelcal xt …but having constipation and gas problem.. It has been 3.5 months… how long should I continue these.does my diet cause gas in my baby??

A. hi. u may now discontineoue iron supplement, but ct cakcium supplement till 6 month . also have fiber rich food n dtink lots of fluids to avoid cobstipation. tc
