Most women will return to their usual hair by between 6 and 12 months after birth... If not regain.. need further examination or even laboratory test.. Consult skin care specialist. Oiling improves blood circulation and nourishes the roots, massage once a week with oil that suits your scalp. . Use mild shampoo. Use a comb with widely spaced teeth. Avoid stress.. stress can increase hair loss. Have Biotin n protien rich food on a daily basis it is found in several foods such as carrots, liver, yeast, bananas, spinach.

Apply coconut oil or almond oil to your hair. Reduce your stress levels. If the problem is severe better consult your doctor for further advice. Good luck and take care.
