Q.

After delivery I am becoming very week still fifteen days I am suffering from bodyache and chills and also seen doctor taken proper treatment blood examination also done what step I should take next

A. hello make sure to have a healthy and nutritious well balance food in your diet and also have vitamin and calcium rich food in the diet and check with your doctor if you would need some supplement which can help to improve your health and would be safe during breastfeeding
