after changing a new diaper immediately my baby passed motion. should i keep it or remove it ???

A. remive it as ap. U can use any type of diaper,  cloth or disposable of any brand based on ur convenience  but maintain diaper hygeine. Change diaper evry 3 to 4 hrs and soon aftr poop. Apply *b4 nappy rash* cream or sofirash cream over entire diaper region to avoid rashes 2 to 3 times a day. Clean diaper area with wet wipes or you can wash with plain water also
