A. hi i would suggest some points here which can help you in this : do not sit or stand for long period take short break in between your work take support while sitting and place pillow between your legs while sleeping. you can use Babyhug heating pad to get relief in pain take apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day avoid drinking RO water
